Processus<\/span><\/h1>\nLa production de sph\u00e8res commence par le moulage du tube de verre, qui est chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un briquet et souffl\u00e9 \u00e0 la main dans la forme souhait\u00e9e.\nLes principales formes sont la bola, le chimborro, le chupirol, la chilaca et, depuis peu, le torcido.\nDes figures telles que des animaux sont \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9es en assemblant les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 la chaleur. <\/span>\n\nL'argenture est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en injectant du nitrate d'argent \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la sph\u00e8re pour pr\u00e9parer le fond \u00e0 la couleur et am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance.\nLes sph\u00e8res sont ensuite lav\u00e9es, s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, peintes une \u00e0 une avec une laque industrielle ou transparente et
